How shipping works on PaxMed
PaxMed is a technology platform that connects patients to partner pharmacies and diagnostic service providers. Delivery of medicine orders and fulfilment of home sample collection (where applicable) are the responsibility of the partner pharmacy or lab partner only.
PaxMed is not responsible for shipping, return, or refund requests arising from partner fulfilment. For any return, refund, exchange, or delivery issue, contact the pharmacy or lab partner that dispenses or collects for your order. Such requests are subject to that partner’s terms and applicable law.
Quick tip
Keep your delivery address and pincode accurate before checkout — incorrect details are a common cause of failed or delayed partner delivery.
Delivery & collection windows
What you see at checkout is a best-effort estimate from partner availability.
Lab home collection
Slots are allocated by the lab partner for your pincode and date. Phlebotomist arrival may vary with partner operations.
Fees
Delivery or collection fees, if any, are shown before you place an order so costs stay transparent.
Cancellations
Cancel early when possible — once processing starts, options may be limited.
Before confirmation
You may cancel before the partner confirms and starts processing, subject to in-app / website controls and partner rules.
After processing
Once accepted, dispensed, out for delivery, or a phlebotomist is assigned, cancellation may not be permitted — especially for prescription or temperature-sensitive products.
Partner / PaxMed cancel
Orders may be cancelled for prescription invalidity, stock issues, pricing errors, regulatory concerns, suspected misuse, or where fulfilment would be unlawful.
